RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns only for items that are defective or incorrect. If you receive an item that has one of these issues, please email [email protected]. Some issues may require photo verification.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will process refund to the original form of payment. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We use Omise payment gateway as our form of payment, our refund timeframe is following its policy as below.
“Omise processes refunds immediately. Credit card holders will receive the refunded amount in their next billing cycle. For debit cards, the amount will be returned within 30-60 days.”
